GSHA Services, LTD installed a complete Carrier Infinity heating and cooling system for a customer in Libertyville, IL. The system pairs a Carrier Infinity 98 modulating gas furnace with a matched Carrier cased evaporator coil and a Carrier Infinity 20 variable-speed heat pump, all managed by a Carrier Infinity System Control touchscreen thermostat. Our installers removed the old equipment, set and vented the new furnace, brazed and vacuum-tested the refrigerant line set, mounted the heat pump outside on a level pad, wired the disconnect and communicating controls, and commissioned the system with measured refrigerant charge, gas pressure and airflow. The Infinity control automatically switches between the heat pump and the furnace at whichever outdoor temperature is most economical, cutting winter energy bills. Carrier Infinity systems are among the quietest and most efficient available and qualify for federal tax credits and utility rebates. GSHA Services is a Carrier and Lennox dealer providing furnace, heat pump and air conditioner installation, HVAC maintenance and repair, plumbing and electrical services in Libertyville, Mundelein, Vernon Hills, Grayslake, Lake Forest, Gurnee and throughout Lake County, Illinois.
