GSHA Services, LTD installed a new Lennox furnace and air conditioning system at a home on Highplains Road in Round Lake, IL. The system includes a Lennox Elite EL297V variable-capacity 97% AFUE gas furnace, a matched Lennox CK40CT cased evaporator coil and a new Lennox air conditioner. Our installers removed the failing original equipment, set the new furnace, ran new PVC combustion air and exhaust venting, replaced the gas connection and shutoff, brazed and vacuum-tested the refrigerant line set, installed a new condensate pump and drain, wired the outdoor disconnect, and commissioned the system with measured gas pressure, temperature rise and refrigerant charge. A new thermostat completed the job. A Lennox Elite EL297V modulates its output to match the weather, so the home stays evenly comfortable while using less gas, and it qualifies for utility rebates. GSHA Services is a Lennox and Carrier dealer providing furnace, air conditioner and heat pump installation, HVAC repair and maintenance, water heater replacement, plumbing and electrical services in Round Lake, Round Lake Beach, Grayslake, Hainesville, Fox Lake, Volo, Mundelein and throughout Lake County, Illinois.
