We completed a comprehensive outdoor living project in Atlantis, installing a new insulated aluminum roof system and a full screen enclosure. Our team handled everything from the initial footer preparation to the final structural framing and panel installation. We used white aluminum roof panels joined with high-grade sealant to create a weather-tight environment for the patio. The addition of the screen enclosure provides a protected, bug-free space for relaxation while integrating seamlessly with the existing home exterior and travertine flooring. This installation also featured a custom gutter and downspout system to ensure efficient water drainage during heavy Florida rains.
