We completed a comprehensive garage floor transformation in San Luis Obispo, replacing a worn, paint-splattered concrete surface with a durable multi-layered coating system. Our team prepared the existing slab, addressing expansion joints and surface imperfections to ensure a seamless bond for the new finish. The project featured the Simiron decorative chip system in the Coyote color blend, utilizing 1/4-inch flakes for a textured, high-traction finish. We extended the polyurea coating up the stem walls to create a matching base, providing a moisture-resistant barrier that simplifies cleaning. The finished floor offers a professional look that stands up to heavy vehicle traffic and daily garage use.
