We conducted a comprehensive inspection of the existing flat roofing system in West Point, Nebraska. Our team evaluated the integrity of the current elastomeric coating, identifying significant areas of weathering, substrate exposure, and moisture-related staining across the surface. We also examined the condition of parapet wall flashings and roof penetrations, including vent stacks and drainage points, to assess the extent of necessary repairs and surface restoration. This detailed assessment allows us to determine the most effective strategy for resealing the roof membrane and extending the service life of the commercial structure.
