Separated flooring planks and a deteriorated subfloor prompted a targeted entryway repair at this Oak Island, NC home. RGR Construction and Roofing removed the affected flooring and damaged subfloor section, added wood blocking around the opened area, and secured a replacement OSB panel. Our crew then installed wood-look plank flooring across the repaired entry and adjoining hall, fitting it around doorways and the existing white wall trim. The finished surface closes the gaps shown in the original flooring and provides a continuous transition through this part of the home.
