We performed a full 60-mil Versico TPO roof replacement for this single-story home in Albuquerque. After removing the existing gravel and worn roofing material, we inspected the substrate and completed necessary repairs to the plywood deck to ensure a solid foundation. We then installed R-Tech fanfold insulation boards to provide a smooth base for the new roofing system. Our team installed a 60 mil TPO membrane, heat-welding all seams to ensure a watertight seal across the flat roof surface. We carefully flashed all rooftop penetrations, including the HVAC units, plumbing vents, and dome skylights, while also adding new metal flashing along the parapet walls. This system will provide long-term protection against the high-desert climate.
