NCS completed the replacement of the boiler system’s main pumps, including new piping, electrical wiring, and variable frequency drive (VFD) installation. Work included removing the existing equipment, mounting the new drives, constructing a new support stand for the right-side pump, and completing the necessary electrical and piping connections. Following installation, NCS configured the drives, established an interlock to prevent both pumps from operating simultaneously, and performed startup testing to verify proper pump rotation and operation.
