We completed a comprehensive plumbing rough-in and yard line installation for this residential project in Brenham. Our team managed the excavation and pipe layout to ensure a reliable system from the ground up. We positioned vertical risers and drain lines within the foundation footprint prior to the concrete pour. The work involved installing a durable grid of white PVC drain pipes and PEX water supply lines over a black vapor barrier. We also established exterior utility connections by installing ball valves and protective access boxes for long-term serviceability. The project concluded with the successful installation of a stainless steel utility sink and kitchen faucet.
