We completed a full-scale restoration of the plumbing and gas infrastructure after an initial inspection revealed critical failures in the existing systems. Our team removed failing, cracked cast-iron drainage and non-compliant sewer lines, replacing them with a modern, code-compliant PVC piping network. We also addressed widespread water system issues by installing a comprehensive new PEX supply system throughout the home. Using excavation equipment, we trenched and installed new, reliable utility lines from the main meters to the house, ensuring all systems are properly insulated and secure. This extensive overhaul replaced a hazardous and fragmented layout with a durable, integrated plumbing and gas foundation.
