We performed a comprehensive under-slab sewer pipe replacement for this home in Caldwell. Our team excavated access points and tunneled beneath the concrete foundation to reach the failing plumbing system. We removed the original, heavily corroded cast-iron pipes that were significantly obstructed by scale and debris buildup. We installed new white PVC piping throughout the under-slab area, securing the lines with metal threaded rods and hangers for long-term stability. The installation included new cleanouts and mechanical shielded couplings to ensure a watertight and durable sewer system. This project restored full flow capacity and eliminated the risk of future backups caused by deteriorating metal lines.
