We completed a full deck replacement for a residence in Hinton, West Virginia. Our team removed a weathered wooden staircase and a damaged raised structure to make room for a modern outdoor living space. We performed extensive site preparation using a compact track loader to clear overgrowth and establish a solid foundation with concrete footings and piers. We constructed a new frame using pressure-treated lumber, including a secure ledger board and reinforced joists. For the surfacing, we installed TimberTech composite decking paired with Color Guard classic white vinyl railings for a low-maintenance finish. This project also involved building a matching multi-level staircase to provide safe and durable access to the upper entrance.
