We completed this extensive pole barn home project in Nashville, Indiana, starting with precise excavation and structural timber framing. Our team managed the installation of the post-frame skeleton, followed by a durable concrete slab and high-pitched roof trusses. We installed dark gray standing seam metal roofing and matching metal siding over a high-performance moisture barrier. The interior was prepared with full plumbing and electrical rough-ins, a fireplace insert, and initial drywall to transform the structure into a functional residential space. This build provides a versatile layout with the long-term durability of metal construction.
