Lakes of Keystone in Odessa is home to some of Tampa Bay's most distinguished traditional and colonial estates, and this front elevation project is a prime example of what happens when aging infrastructure gives way to a purpose-built design. The homeowners initially reached out to Michael and the Elegant Accents team hoping to service their existing landscape lighting system, but a closer look revealed that a full replacement was the smarter long-term investment. Over two days, the crew installed a complete new landscape lighting system using 32 brass fixtures — a material chosen for its durability and the warm, refined look it brings to a premium property. The scope focused on the front elevation, with uplighting trained on the home's columns and architecture to define its classic colonial lines, palm uplighting to add height and drama, and path and step lights to guide the approach with a polished glow. The result is a front elevation that reads as cohesive, intentional, and noticeably fuller than what the old system ever delivered. The clients were very happy they made the leap with a new system — and it shows. What started as a service call ended as a transformation.
