We performed emergency plumbing repairs and water damage mitigation for a retail liquor store in Austin. Our team addressed a significant sewer backup by utilizing professional-grade drain cleaning machines and cable drums to clear the main lines. We also removed and reset plumbing fixtures, including toilets and wall-mounted sinks, to ensure the entire system was fully operational and clear of obstructions. To address the standing water in the storage and retail aisles, we extracted liquid from the concrete floors and used moisture meters to evaluate the extent of the damage. We helped manage the removal of saturated inventory and replaced old wooden shelving with durable metal wire units to prevent future moisture retention. This restoration work effectively stabilized the environment and allowed the business to resume safe operations on clean, dry concrete surfaces.
