RGR Construction and Roofing closed an access opening in the underside ceiling of this Oak Island, NC home. The opening exposed the framing, insulation and discolored sheathing above the blue ceiling panels. Our crew fitted and secured a new plywood panel over the opening, with wood strips along its edges. The completed view shows the area enclosed with the natural plywood surface still visible. The before-and-after photos document this localized exterior ceiling repair beneath the house.
