We completed a full flooring replacement throughout this residence in Chapel Hill, upgrading the interior by removing existing carpeting. We installed new white oak hardwood flooring to provide a durable and consistent foundation across the living areas. After installation, we sanded the raw wood onsite to ensure a level surface before applying multiple coats of Bona Traffic HD for a protective, long-lasting finish. This transition replaced dated carpet with a natural, high-performance hardwood surface that improved both the aesthetic and functional utility of the space.
