We completed a comprehensive tile roof restoration at this Gilbert residence, focusing on addressing moisture intrusion issues. Our team performed a full underlayment replacement, which involved carefully removing the existing S-tile concrete roofing to expose the underlying structure. We identified and replaced damaged OSB decking and weathered fascia boards to ensure a sound foundation for the new roofing system. For the new protective barrier, we installed Polyflex SA P underlayment to provide superior durability and water resistance. We also meticulously repaired mortar joints at the hips and ridges, replaced broken Lifetile pieces, and updated all roof penetrations including plumbing vents and gas caps. This project ensured the home’s solar array and roofing system are fully integrated and protected against the elements for years to come.
