We completed a comprehensive roofing restoration and structural repair project for a multi-story condominium in Fort Lauderdale. Our team worked across various surfaces, including steeply pitched tile sections, flat membrane roofs, and standing-seam metal transitions. The primary objective was to address active leaks and implement a long-term moisture barrier through advanced coating applications. During the process, we performed critical repairs to wall framing under windows where we discovered significant water damage and wood decay. We applied a thick, white reflective silicone coating over the tile and flat roof areas to resolve ponding water issues and improve thermal efficiency. These improvements secured the building envelope and restored the integrity of the complex's diverse roofing systems.
