Quality Coats Painting recently completed an exterior painting project on a steel garage structure in Tyler, Texas. This project required careful preparation from start to finish, beginning with mildew treatment and pressure washing using Mold Armor Easy House Wash to thoroughly clean the surface. Because the structure was positioned on a hill with windy conditions, extra care was taken during masking and preparation to protect surrounding areas and prevent unwanted paint overspray. The steel surface was bond-primed before receiving its finish coat for proper adhesion and a durable result. We sprayed the two-car garage structure and finished both the garage door and entry door to match the siding using a custom paint match. The project was completed with Sherwin-Williams Duration, providing a durable exterior coating designed to stand up to the elements.
