This brick home received a complete exterior refresh from Quality Coats Painting. The homeowners wanted to maintain the existing color and look of their home, so we focused on color matching and refreshing the entire exterior while keeping the original character intact. We started with a thorough house washing, mildew treatment, and pressure washing using Mold Armor Easy House Wash to prepare the surfaces. We then addressed caulking issues and resealed areas where needed before moving into the painting process. The project included detailed trim work, fascia, gable vent, porch ceiling, doors, and siding, with each area carefully coated for a consistent, finished appearance. Sherwin-Williams products, including Quick Dry and Duration, were used throughout the project. The result is a clean, refreshed exterior that looks familiar but noticeably renewed.
