We recently finished a detailed exterior painting and wood restoration project in Tyler, Texas. This project focused on refreshing the home’s wood surfaces and windows while addressing needed wood repairs and replacements. We began with a thorough house wash, mildew treatment, and pressure washing using Mold Armor Easy House Wash, followed by detailed surface preparation and caulking. The exterior wood, siding, fascia, soffits, gutters, downspouts, and window trim were professionally painted using Sherwin-Williams Duration.On the back of the home, we also refinished the wood decking with Sherwin-Williams SuperDeck, refreshed the porch railings and spindles, and replaced the lattice at the bottom of the deck. The entire home’s multi-pane windows were carefully liquid masked and sprayed for a clean, professional finish.
