We performed a focused flat roof repair for this residence in Jupiter. Our team removed damaged roofing materials to inspect the substrate and integrated new plywood decking to ensure a stable foundation. This repair addressed a specific section of the flat roof system located adjacent to a screened-in pool enclosure. We installed structural plywood and secured it to the existing roof frame before prepping the area for new surfacing. The project involved careful integration with the metal trim and the existing granular roofing material. This targeted replacement restored the structural integrity of the roof deck and prepared the surface for a watertight seal.
