We completed a professional paver restoration for this screened-in patio in Sun City Center. We stripped the old, worn sealant and applied a fresh protective seal to the herringbone-patterned brick pavers. This process cleared out weeds and debris from the joints to stabilize the entire surface. The project featured earth-toned rectangular pavers set against a decorative river rock border. By removing the previous failing finish and resealing the patio, we enhanced the color depth and provided long-term protection against moisture and sun damage. The refreshed outdoor space now offers a clean, durable surface for the homeowners to enjoy their waterfront view.
