We completed a comprehensive deck and covered porch installation for this residential home in Ronceverte. Our team managed the entire process from site preparation and excavation to the framing of a massive pressure-treated wood structure. We integrated a new roofed section into the existing house line to create a seamless, year-round outdoor living space. We used high-durability pressure-treated lumber for the structural framing, decking, and custom railing systems. The new covered porch features a finished tongue-and-groove wooden ceiling and a shingled roof designed to match the original home's architecture. We also installed a wide staircase leading to a newly poured concrete landing pad for improved functional access to the surrounding yard.
