We completed a comprehensive paver sealing project for a large screened-in lanai and pool deck in La Paloma Sun City Center. Our process began with a deep cleaning to remove surface contaminants and restore the natural appearance of the tan and gray concrete pavers. We ensured every section of the patio, including the areas surrounding the raised spa and integrated trench drains, was properly prepped for the final application. We applied Sealthane to provide a durable barrier against UV rays and moisture, which helps prevent future erosion and staining. This high-performance sealer enriched the stones' color while maintaining a safe, slip-resistant surface around the swimming pool. The finished project provides the homeowners with a refreshed outdoor living space that is built to withstand the Florida climate.
