This Tyler, TX, home sits in a historic area, and the homeowners wanted to update the exterior while preserving its classic yellow color and green doors. We began with house washing, pressure washing, and mildew treatment, followed by paint failure repair, scraping, sanding, priming, and wood replacement. We replaced and smoothed damaged wood before applying paint, including quarter-round and siding replacement on the right side of the home. The project included siding and brick painting, dormers, soffit, fascia and gutters, porch ceiling, window trim, caulking, and other exterior woodwork. Large columns were refreshed with Sherwin-Williams WoodScapes Solid Stain.
