This retirement community in Tyler, TX, received an extensive commercial painting and exterior repaint after years of paint failure left the exterior needing significant attention. Quality Coats Painting began with thorough house washing, mildew treatment, and pressure washing, followed by detailed caulking and surface preparation to address areas of failing paint and prepare the surfaces for a new finish. The project included siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, downspouts, porch ceiling, and window trim. We used PPG Permanizer Exterior on the siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and porch ceiling, with PPG Speedhide Exterior on the window trim. Extensive preparation was key to creating a clean, professional result and giving this retirement community a refreshed exterior.
