The project included thorough house washing, scrape, sand, and prime preparation, followed by Sherwin-Williams Duration for a durable, beautiful finish. We refreshed the fascia, soffit, downspout, window trim, columns, porch ceiling, and doors, including a bold accent color. The brick received proper masonry preparation, including cleaning, mildew treatment, priming, and a quality topcoat. We also completed a major color change on the one-car garage, including the windows.
