Seattle Tree Trimming for Deadwood Removal and Utility Line Clearance
We completed a tree trimming project on six mature trees at a residential property in Seattle. Five of the trees were located in a row alongside the driveway. Our work on these trees focused primarily on deadwooding the lower canopy, removing dead and weakened branches that could fall into the driveway or surrounding use areas. The sixth tree was located along the street and had been repeatedly pruned over time to maintain a utility corridor. That repeated utility clearance had contributed to an imbalanced canopy, with much of the remaining branch weight extending toward the client’s home. Our crew selectively reduced overextended branches growing toward the house and also reduced branches extending above the home’s power service drop lines. The goal was to reduce excess leverage, improve clearance, and lower the risk of branch interference around the residence and electrical service while preserving the tree’s remaining structure.
