We constructed a custom outdoor kitchen island on a concrete patio in Helotes. The project involved building a functional cooking and prep station against the home's exterior wall, featuring an integrated stainless steel grill and a small basin. We finished the island base with a tan stacked stone veneer to complement the existing architecture and the surrounding hillside landscape. The countertops were crafted from polished Giallo Ornamental granite to provide a durable and heat-resistant workspace for outdoor cooking. This new installation transforms the patio into a dedicated space for entertaining and food preparation.
