We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Leesburg. Our team removed the existing weathered asphalt shingles and addressed several low-slope transition areas that were previously prone to leaks. We fully prepped the roof deck, including wood repairs where necessary, and installed high-performance synthetic underlayment to ensure a watertight foundation. For the main roof, we installed Tamko Titan shingles in the Rustic Cedar colorway, paired with a matching brown drip edge. The project also featured the installation of Mill Finish ultra rib metal roofing on the lower-pitched sections to provide superior durability in areas with heavy tree cover. We finished the job with new chimney flashing, pipe boots, and ridge vents to improve both the home’s ventilation and its overall curb appeal.
