We completed a series of exterior site improvements and hardscape installations for a commercial property in West Palm Beach. Our team managed the excavation and structural reinforcement for new fixtures, including the placement of steel rebar cages for foundational support. We also integrated essential ADA accessibility features such as yellow tactile paving mats and designated parking markings to ensure safety and compliance. The project featured the assembly of a black metal pergola over a paved walkway, flanked by large decorative planters and refreshed tropical landscaping. We installed herringbone-patterned stone pavers to elevate the parking and entrance areas, alongside new concrete curbing and white stucco pillars. These upgrades provided a functional and visually cohesive transition between the parking facilities and the building entrance.
