This front patio had an older pea-gravel-style coating that was badly deteriorating and falling apart in several areas. We removed the failing material completely, mechanically prepared the concrete underneath, and rebuilt the surface with a durable three-layer hybrid flake polyaspartic system. Proper prep was especially important here so the new coating could bond to solid concrete instead of relying on the old, damaged surface. For the finish, we used Phoenix flake, which was a great match for the warm tones in the home's brick and gave the patio a more updated, cohesive look.
