We performed a full residential roof replacement on this split-level home in Windham to address weathered and damaged asphalt shingles. The process began with a complete tear-off of the existing layers, revealing sections of compromised and rotten OSB decking. We replaced the damaged wood sheathing to restore the structural integrity of the roof deck before proceeding with the new installation.
