We completed a comprehensive exterior drainage and facade project for this large two-story residence in Brentwood. Our team focused on the installation of a dark bronze gutter and downspout system to match the existing dark-framed windows and architectural accents. We worked across various surfaces, including light-colored stucco, textured brick masonry, and decorative stone veneer to ensure a seamless integration with the home's existing structure. The project included the addition of decorative corbels and dark brown soffits that complement the off-white brick and stone quoins. We ensured precise downspout placement along the corners and entryways to improve water management while maintaining the home's aesthetic appeal. This update provides a clean, cohesive look that protects the masonry and foundation from moisture for years to come.
