We transformed this Renner basement by replacing outdated carpet and tile with a seamless, durable surface. Our team began by removing the existing flooring and performing extensive subfloor preparation, which included filling and patching structural fissures and cracks in the concrete slab to ensure a level and stable base. We applied a high-gloss, solid gray concrete coating across the entire lower level, including the main living area, hallways, and home office. This new finish provides a clean, reflective surface that significantly brightens the space while offering a moisture-resistant and easy-to-clean solution that stands up to heavy foot traffic and daily use.
