We completed a comprehensive restoration of a high-traffic commercial staircase to address significant wear and structural damage. Our team removed failing vinyl graphics from the risers and repaired chipped aggregate concrete treads that had become safety hazards. We focused on stabilizing the stair nosing and patching the substrate to create a uniform, durable surface. During the process, we utilized specialized concrete fillers to match the existing speckled aggregate and granite-style finishes. We finished the project by prepping the risers for new branding and applying fresh safety hazard tape for improved visibility. These repairs restored both the structural integrity and the professional appearance of the facility's main entryway.
