We completed a full residential roof replacement in New Smyrna Beach to address significant water damage and structural rot. Our team stripped the old shingles, removed damaged OSB sheathing, and repaired the underlying roof deck and eave corners. We also replaced missing soffit panels and fascia boards to ensure a complete, weather-tight seal. For the new installation, we used Tamko Titan shingles in Virginia Slate, supported by high-quality synthetic underlayment and a new metal drip edge. These upgrades improved the home’s drainage and structural integrity while providing long-term protection against the Florida elements. The project finished with the reinstallation of gutters and downspouts for optimal water management.
