We completed a comprehensive attic conversion and interior renovation in Keller to create a functional second-story living space. Our team installed structural floor trusses and Boise Cascade Versa-Lam beams to support the new floor system. We also applied spray foam insulation throughout the roof deck to ensure energy efficiency and integrated a new central HVAC system. The project included the installation of a custom oak staircase featuring black metal balusters and matching wooden handrails. We finished the new interior with wall-to-wall carpeting, recessed lighting, and a modern bathroom featuring a quartz vanity and a subway-tiled walk-in shower. A built-in beverage center was added to the main living area, transforming the previously unfinished attic into a versatile and comfortable suite. 🏡 FROM ATTIC TO AMAZING IN KELLER, TX! What was once an unfinished attic is now nearly 800 sq. ft. of beautiful new living space designed for this family and their grandkids to enjoy for years to come! This complete transformation added a bathroom, kitchenette, custom storage, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, new stairs and railings, along with extensive plumbing and a completely redesigned A/C system. The best part? It doesn’t look like an attic conversion. Every detail was designed to make the space feel like it was part of the original home from day one. ✨ Featured Finishes: • Arizona Tile Flash – Ivory shower walls • Daltile Famed Penny Rounds – Diamond Matte shower floor • Florida Tile NY2LA – Tribeca Taupe bathroom floor • Trinity Hardwood Reward Costa – Euro Oak Leone stairs • Mohawk Cozy Companion III – Ivory carpet At Simmons Floorcovering & Total Renovations, we do more than flooring.
