We completed a comprehensive underlayment replacement on this two-story residential tile roof in Goodyear. Our process involved carefully removing the concrete tiles to inspect the underlying deck and address areas of deterioration, particularly around the roof valleys and plumbing vent stacks. We identified and replaced worn structural materials and cleared accumulated debris to prevent future leaks and water damage. We installed new underlayment and secured the system with durable sealants at the ridge caps and roof penetrations. Our team also carefully navigated existing solar panel arrays to ensure the entire roofing surface was properly maintained and protected. This restoration provides the home with enhanced weather resistance and extends the functional life of the concrete tile system.
