We completed a comprehensive flat roof replacement for this property in Lake Worth Beach to address significant standing water and membrane deterioration. Our team stripped the weathered surface down to the original wood decking before installing new rigid insulation boards to improve drainage and thermal performance. We applied a durable blue synthetic underlayment followed by a high-performance grey modified bitumen membrane system. The project was finished with reinforced bituminous sealant along the parapet walls and the installation of new aluminum gutters to ensure long-term moisture protection.
