We completed the construction of this multi-story industrial facility in Vernon, managing everything from the structural shell to the interior partitions. Our team installed the concrete tilt-up wall panels, steel roof decking, and open-web joists that form the building’s primary structure. We also handled the initial site preparation, including the installation of below-slab plumbing rough-ins and gravel floor bases. For the interior build-out, we utilized galvanized steel stud framing to create durable partition walls and dedicated office areas. The project included drywall installation, metal door frame integration, and the setup of mechanical systems like mini-split HVAC units. This industrial space was delivered as a functional, high-clearance environment ready for commercial operations.
