We completed a targeted roof repair on a residential property in Hollywood to address leaks and structural wear. Our crew removed sections of the existing clay tiles to expose the wooden roof deck, allowing us to identify and repair compromised areas of the plywood and underlayment. We prioritized securing the roof's structural integrity before restoring the aesthetic finish. To ensure a watertight seal, we installed new valley rolls and high-grade roofing underlayment, reinforcing these transition points with specialized sealants and mastic. We carefully reset the terracotta barrel tiles and integrated new ridge tiles and fasteners where necessary. The final result provides a durable, weather-resistant barrier that protects the home from heavy tropical rainfall.
