We completed a full shingle roof replacement for this residential property in Pembroke Pines to address persistent leaks near the entryway and skylight. Our team stripped the existing asphalt shingles down to the deck to assess the full extent of the water damage. We identified and removed severely decayed wood framing, fascia boards, and saturated plywood sheathing that had compromised the structure. We installed new plywood and OSB panels across the roof surface to restore integrity before applying a secondary water barrier. The project included the installation of fresh synthetic underlayment, new metal flashing, and brown asphalt shingles to provide a durable, weather-resistant finish.
