We completed a twelve-foot exterior waterproofing project for a residential property in Toronto. Our team excavated a deep trench along the brick foundation to expose the footings and address water infiltration issues. We removed damaged terracotta piping and prepared the concrete surface for a comprehensive moisture barrier system. We applied a high-density dimpled waterproofing membrane and drainage mat to the foundation walls to redirect ground moisture. After installing a new drainage system and a layer of crushed stone, we backfilled the area and restored the site. We finished the project by relaying the concrete patio pavers and ensuring the exterior was clean and functional.
