We completed a comprehensive deck resurfacing project for a residential property in Durham. Our team removed worn, weathered boards and replaced the entire surface with new pressure-treated lumber. We also fully rebuilt the staircase and landing to ensure long-term safety and structural integrity. To address structural issues, we replaced degraded support posts and secured them with proper concrete footings. We finished the project by installing a custom 52-inch height privacy rail and standard wood railings to define the space. This updated deck provides a durable and secure outdoor living area with improved privacy.
