We performed an extensive exterior restoration in Hope Mills, centered on replacing a deteriorated rear deck and repairing damaged trim. Our team built a new pressure-treated wood deck complete with updated stairs and vertical railings to replace the weathered original structure. We also systematically identified and replaced rotted corner boards, door brickmold, and fascia throughout the property. To complete the transformation, we addressed siding damage and finished the home in a new blue color profile. These updates significantly improved the home's structural durability and gave the entire exterior a refreshed, cohesive look.
