We performed a complete roof replacement on this single-story home in Hollywood, focusing on both the pitched shingle surfaces and the flat roof sections. After stripping away the old materials, we identified and replaced several areas of damaged plywood sheathing and weathered wood decking to provide a secure structural base for the new system. For superior moisture protection, we applied Polystick IR-X self-adhered underlayment and Flintlastic roofing membranes across the prepared surfaces. The final installation featured new asphalt shingles and a reinforced flat roofing system, ensuring the entire property is fully protected against heavy rain and tropical weather conditions.
