We completed a comprehensive flat roof replacement and wood repair project for this residence in Lake Worth. The process began with the removal of compromised roofing membranes and deteriorated wood to address significant interior water damage. We replaced the damaged plywood decking and reinforced the structural joists to ensure a solid foundation for the new roofing system. Our team installed a CertainTeed Flintlastic SA Cap system over high-performance blue synthetic underlayment for maximum waterproofing. We also replaced the weathered fascia boards with new white-painted wood trim and installed fresh metal flashing around the roof perimeter. This updated system provides a durable, weather-resistant barrier that protects the home while significantly improving its exterior appearance.
